Our story
Ben Mullan founded Mullan Capital after a decade structuring commercial debt across community banks, credit funds and SBA lenders. Time and again he watched good operators get matched with the wrong capital — too expensive, too slow, or wrapped in covenants that strangled growth.
Mullan Capital exists to fix that. We're a nationwide commercial loan brokerage representing borrowers — never lenders. Every file is packaged like an institutional credit memo and shopped to a curated bench of 200+ capital sources.
